Tip 2: Grab a yellow pad make notes with your answers. Jot down questions any questions you may have for the appraiser. At the top of the page write the name of the appraiser and their contact information.
Licensed Appraiser or Online Value?
Online appraisals maybe a place to start but in the end you may want a real person appraising your home. If your home's value is being used for settlement purposes then you will need a California Licensed Appraiser. Free online home values will not work. We are happy to answer your questions and research any information you may need.

How to Order an Appraisal Quick Steps

2. Please call our office if paying with a credit card.
3. An appraiser will be calling you to schedule an appointment. If property is a rental, our appraiser can call your tenants to set up the appointment.
Monday - Sunday 7:00am - 7:00pm
