How Do I Get My House Appraised?
The easiest way to order an appraisal is by calling our office. Your call will be answered by qualified, licensed appraiser. For faster service please have the following information ready before calling.
How Long Does an Appraisal Take?
Most residential properties are completed within one week of placing your order. Once you place your order, your property will be inspected within four business days and completed within three business days from inspection.
Some appraisals are more complex and need addition time to do a thorough job. Example: Last week we appraised a home on two acres, smack in the middle of a new subdivision. This appraisal was definitely complex and needed more research time. When the order was placed we explained to the owner the extra time it would take and when he would be receiving his completed appraisal.

Fees are slightly higher for homes over 3,250 sq ft and homes on acreage. From the time you order your home appraisal to the time you receive your completed report is typically less than one week.
